Commitment Control System (CCS) is an e-Governance initiative of the Government of Rajasthan under the Strengthening of Public Finance Management Project (SPFM) with assistance of Finance Department, GoR. This system is to monitor different commitments of GoR and to record relative information during different process from the starting stage when the project is conceptualized till the final step of release of payments.
This system provides a vision to Finance department of multiyear commitments of GoR and provides quarterly performance reports of different departments against the budget allotted in a Financial Year. It also provides many other useful reports to the Finance Department that will helpful for them to prepare the State budget based on expenditure and arrears in previous years.
